As a channel-first company, we at Arcserve deeply value the relationships we have built over decades with our MSP partners all over the world.
ShadowProtect SPX is a pillar offering in Arcserve’s portfolio, and feedback and feature requests from our MSP partners have always shaped its evolution.
Today, we are pleased to announce updates to ShadowProtect SPX 7.5.8 and to Image Manager 7.9 that bring long-requested feature innovations and expanded compatibility.
This announcement comes as Arcserve wraps up the Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo offerings on July 31, 2024, as announced in February. It was a difficult and carefully considered decision for us to sunset these offerings, and we regret the impact imposed on our MSP partners. We are grateful to the thousands of our MSP partners who, despite the disruption, expressed understanding and migrated their data away during the last six months.
