Promotion Terms and Conditions
- This Switch and Save with Arcserve Promotion (the “Promotion”), is available in all regions globally.
- All deals must be registered under Arcserve’s Deal Registration Program, and all deals will be qualified, validated and approved by an authorized representative of the Arcserve Sales team.
- Prospective customers with an active or upcoming maintenance or subscription renewal from a competing software provider are eligible to receive an equivalent Arcserve solution at up to fifty percent (50%) of their renewal price.
- The Promotion excludes Arcserve 10 Series Appliances.
- The Promotion applies only to the following Arcserve software: Arcserve Unified Data Protection, Arcserve Continuous Availability, Arcserve Replication & High Availability, Arcserve Live Migration, and Arcserve Backup.
- Only new-to-Arcserve prospective customers are eligible for this Promotion (i.e. customers that do not have other Arcserve products at the time of the Promotion).
- This Promotion is only applicable to competitor renewal contracts over Five Thousand US Dollars ($5,000.00 USD).
- Arcserve Resellers must register these opportunities using the following promotion code “Switch&Save_2025”. Deals must be closed between 24th February, 2025 up to and including 31st December, 2025. Distributors must include the code “Switch&Save_2025” when placing an order with Arcserve.
- The prospective customer must provide proof of their existing competitive contract through a copy of a renewal quotation or an invoice.
- No additional discounts will be applied, nor will this Promotion be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Product(s) purchased under this Promotion may only be purchased for a single customer.
- Upon contract expiration, Arcserve subscriptions and /or maintenance will not automatically renew at the promotional price granted in this Promotion. Rather, renewal pricing will revert to Arcserve’s then-current Pricebook Rates for the applicable region.
- All other products and options which do not form part of this Promotion should be purchased at Arcserve’s current market retail prices.
- Returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, so long as such deal has NOT already been accepted and processed by Arcserve.
- Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
- The Partner is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable fees. Arcserve does not offer any payment schedules. Partners are required to pay the full amount due upfront to Arcserve.
- All prices will be quoted by Arcserve’s Channel Partners, no further deal registration or other discounts will apply to this Promotion.
- Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, or modify this Promotion, any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way with or without cause and without notice.
- Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements, or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
- This Promotion ends on 31st December, 2025.
