Deal Closure Rewards

If you win and close the deal within ninety (90) days, you'll receive the following additional reward based on the deal size:

Eligibility

Qualifying deals must meet the minimum value thresholds (i.e. £5,000 or £10,000 GBP).
All deals MUST be registered with Arcserve using the promo code, MK_Partner_Rewards_DR, and the deal must be qualified, validated, and approved by the Arcserve Sales team.

Terms and Conditions

This Promotion applies to deals that include one or more of the following Arcserve software solutions, with a total software value of over Five Thousand Pounds (£5,000 GBP):
- Arcserve Unified Data Protection, Arcserve Saas Backup, Arcserve Replication & High Availability (Continuous Availability), Arcserve Live Migration, Arcserve Cloud Hybrid, Arcserve UDP Appliances and Arcserve Backup.
Deals between Five Thousand Pounds to Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pounds (£5,000 - £9,999 GBP), registered by a Partner and qualified, validated, and approved by the Arcserve sales team between 1st October, 2025 and 31st December, 2025, receive Twenty-Five Pounds (£25.00 GBP); an additional Fifty Pounds (£50.00 GBP), will be received if a deal between Five Thousand Pounds to Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pounds (£5,000 - £9,999 GBP), is closed and won within ninety (90) days after the date of registration.
Deals of Ten Thousand Pounds (£10,000 GBP) and above, registered by a Partner and qualified, validated and approved by the Arcserve sales team between 1st October, 2025 and 31st December, 2025, receive Twenty-Five Pounds (£25.00 GBP). An additional One Hundred Pounds (£100.00 GBP), will be received if a deal of Ten Thousand Pounds (£10,000 GBP) and above, is closed and won within ninety (90) days after registration.
All deals must be registered with Arcserve using Promotion code MK_Partner_Rewards_DR and the deal must be qualified, validated and approved by the Arcserve Sales team.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, or modify this Promotion, any benefit or eligibility requirements in any way, with or without cause and without notice.
Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
Electronic gift cards will be made payable within thirty (30) business days of the conclusion of the eligibility period associated with this Promotion, and are limited to one (1) gift card per deal.
