Ready to Start?

This SaaS Backup Migration Program (the “Program”) is available in all regions.
All deals must be registered under Arcserve’s Deal Registration program, and all deals will be qualified, validated and approved in writing by an authorized representative of the Arcserve Sales team.
UDP customers that have been using the Microsoft 365 feature to protect their Microsoft 365 accounts on the day of the UDP 10 General Availability release (October 15th 2024) are eligible for purchase of Arcserve SaaS Backup for Microsoft 365 protection with forty percent (40%) off of the distributor price.
UDP customers are also eligible to purchase any additional Arcserve SaaS Backup products (i.e. Entra ID, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), with the same discount of forty percent (40%) as long as the customers purchase these products in a single transaction together with Arcserve SaaS Backup for Microsoft 365.
There is no minimum number of licenses required for purchase, however all the licenses should be bought in a single transaction.
Customers who decide to participate in the Program must transfer all of their Microsoft 365 protection to SaaS Backup. Customers should not keep any Microsoft 365 data protection workflows in UDP after their purchase of SaaS Backup.
Only Arcserve UDP customers who had the Microsoft 365 feature activated in Arcserve’s UDP product (version 9 or earlier), are eligible for this Program
This Program is valid for any standard purchase term (ie. 1, 3, or 5 year contract).
Deals must be registered using the code “UDP_M365_EOL_PROGRAM”. Distributors must include the code “UDP_M365_EOL_PROGRAM” when placing an order with Arcserve.
This Program ends on 31st December, 2025.
No additional discounts will be applied, nor can this Program be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Product(s) purchased under this Program may only be purchased for a single customer. This Program is not applicable for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Only standard (Non-Master) Distribution discounts will apply for orders under this Program.
Upon the contract expiration, Arcserve subscriptions do not automatically renew. The contract price will automatically revert to Arcserve’s current market retail price in the applicable region.
No returns will be accepted for deals qualified for this Program, after such deals have been accepted and processed by Arcserve.
Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Program.
The partner is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable fees. Arcserve does not offer any payment schedules. Partners are required to pay the full amount due upfront to Arcserve.
Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, or modify the Program, any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way with or without cause and without notice.
Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Program requirements, or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Program. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Program shall be final and conclusive.
Customers, who choose to participate in this Program are not eligible for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) on their original UDP purchase.
