The incentive is valid from 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 and applies to partners in Australia & New Zealand only.
Onboarding Incentive is applicable to new MSP partners defined as partners with no prior Arcserve MSP Portal registration and is limited to one (1) payout per company.
The first transaction incentive is applicable only to partners who complete their first-ever transaction on the Arcserve MSP Portal or begin new MSP product consumption during the promotion period. The first transaction incentive payout is one-time only, regardless of transaction value. The first transaction incentive is stackable with the onboarding incentive (eligible partners may earn both incentives).
Rewards will be issued in the form of an e-voucher (AUD/NZD as applicable).
Arcserve reserves the right to verify partner eligibility, including MSP portal registration status and transaction completion, prior to issuing rewards.
Incentives are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Any sums earned or received under this program shall not be used for bribery or any unethical or illegal activities.
Duplicate entries will be disqualified from this incentive program.
Arcserve may terminate or extend this Promotion with or without cause at any time without notice.
Arcserve's decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
