Sales Operations Analyst


Job Summary: This position is responsible to support various operations functions, including Reporting, Data Crunching, tuning the processes and procedures as well as communicating the outcome of all those. This position supports a number of teams internally that include; sales, marketing, support, retention as well as the executive leadership team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with internal functions to support their business data needs while driving a level of standardization
  • Define and oversee improvements to internal processes, systems and procedures
  • Ensure all internal processes are documented and documentation is maintained regularly
  • Define and facilitate metrics and standard reporting
  • Facilitate meetings and communication in the various internal client organizations
  • Work closely with and assist executive management as required
  • Provide critical, intuitive reporting to deliver real-time updates on core KPIs
  • Work to establish standardized, dynamic reporting mediums to ensure broadly available metrics
  • Leverage key systems and CRM (Salesforce.com – SFDC) to deliver self-service reporting and dashboard options
  • Work on special projects as directed
  • Drive the enhancement of data quality and integrity as appropriate
  • Analyze and mine data using algorithms/tools provided
  • Ensure adequate training is delivered and processes are documented for all users’ interaction with established reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience to meet the essential functions of the position
  • Three plus years of advanced experience with SFDC

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • SFDC CRM-Developer Certification
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, particularly NetSuite and SFDC
  • Experience with advanced analytics platforms
  • Genuine drive for creative problem solving, with a focus and emphasis on addressing current and future business needs
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to simplify messaging for users of work product
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direction at times, and able to take the initiative to solve problems for the business
  • An ability to understand the big picture business requirements and distill it down to tactical, manageable actions
