Marketing Campaign Specialist


**This position can be remote and located anywhere in the US**

Job Summary: The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of Arcserve’s entire campaign processes. This would include sourcing, tracking, measuring, reporting and refining tactics and execution elements. The right candidate will be creative, strong in process execution, data-driven, and understands the power of an aligned sales and marketing team. This is a high-growth opportunity for an innovative and focused professional.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaign elements including, but not limited to, webinars, white papers, content development, list identification and purchase, channel development, paid search, etc.
  • Create and plan paid digital acquisition strategies and tactics and serve as a subject matter expert for all paid digital marketing tools / processes
  • Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with regional marketing leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make leads successful and more likely to move through our sales pipeline
  • Identify and source campaign elements architected through campaign development process
  • Be a Salesforce.com (SFDC) superuser and own the life of marketing leads: marketing sourced, conversion rates (TQL/SAL). Track them and report them, ensuring data accuracy
  • Work with our marketing automation platform Pardot and Google Analytics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and related work experience to meet the essential functions of the position
  • Three plus years of digital marketing, demand generation/marketing automation or related experience
  • Hands on experience with SFDC
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • In depth understanding of key marketing metrics associated with campaigns
  • Strong verbal, written, editing and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel Travel: up to 10%

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • An understanding of B-to-B marketing within the technology industry preferred
  • Development of short and long-term marketing plans
  • Proven experience in 2-tier channel program development
  • Excellent project management skills, including a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with focused attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with a diverse group of professional marketers
