Marketing Campaign Manager

**This position can be remote and located anywhere in the US**

Job Summary: The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for operationalizing and executing Arcserve’s entire campaign processes. This would include sourcing, tracking, measuring, reporting and refining tactics and execution elements.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute campaign elements like webcasts, joint marketing partner activities, SEM and other leading-edge marketing tactics
  • Document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle
  • Work with rest of marketing to shape campaign themes for a quarter, half and fiscal year timeframe
  • Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing
  • Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with regional marketing leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
  • Identify and source campaign elements architected through campaign development process
  • Be the master of SFDC and own the life of marketing leads: marketing sourced, conversion rates (TQL/SAL). Track them and report them. Ensure their accuracy.
  • Work with our marketing automation platform Pardot and Google Analytics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and related work experience to meet the essential functions of the position.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or online communications within a corporation or agency
  • Strong understanding and proven ability in marketing campaign architecture, design and execution
  • In depth understanding of key marketing metrics associated with campaigns

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree
    • An understanding of B-to-B marketing within the technology industry preferred
    • Understand campaign frameworks and implementation
    • Strategy development and alignment
    • Development of short and long term marketing plans
    • Proven experience in 2-tier channel program development
    • Excellent verbal, writing, editing and presentation skills
    • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Sales or product development experience
    • Budget planning and operations experience
    • Project management experience
    • Excellent project management skills, including a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with focused attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate orally and in writing with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with a diverse group of professional marketers
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures

    Travel: up to 10%
