  • Onsite Backup with Bare Metal Restore for rapid recovery managed by the MSP remotely (leverages CA ARCserve® D2D)
  • Onsite Backup with Bare Metal Restore plus Offsite Backup for Disaster Recovery managed by the MSP (leverages CA ARCserve D2D and CA ARCserve® Replication)

Requirements

  • An executed CA ARCserve MSP agreement
  • At least one engineer must attend a free-of-charge implementation training course for the CA ARCserve® product suite
  • Partner must complete CA Technologies simple monthly usage report, due no later than the 7th of each month.
