Get Satisfaction is our independent partner who collects, well, about anything you want to tell us about our company and our product.
We will do our best to read and answer all your input, as well as evaluate your enhancement requests. Your input is valuable to us, but we can’t guarantee that all suggestions will be implemented.
Note for CA ARCserve D2D Users: There’s a link in the product that makes it easy for you to make suggestions and log ideas. Look for the “send feedback to development” link in the CA ARCserve D2D user interface.
In Person 
Don’t forget to sign up for your local user community group to influence product development by sharing your thoughts and prioritizing product enhancements.
